Where do you ship?
FITN ships worldwide. We also offer same-day or next-day delivery within the UAE.

What delivery options are available in the UAE?
Orders within the UAE are delivered either the same day or the next day, depending on the time of purchase and location.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments worldwide. Cash on delivery is available exclusively in Lebanon and UAE is not offered in any other country.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Do you offer returns or refunds?
We do not offer returns or refunds unless the item has a manufacturing fault. Refunds or returns are not accepted for any other reason.
