How do I place an order?
Select your preferred piece and size, add it to your bag and proceed to checkout. Complete your details and payment to place your order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed promptly. If you need to make a change or cancellation, please contact hello@fitn.co as soon as possible. While we’ll always do our best to assist, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return and exchange policy?
Exchange and return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags attached. Full details are on our Return & Refund Policy page.
How do I start an exchange or return?
Email hello@fitn.co with your order number and the item details you wish to exchange or return.
Do UAE customers get a complimentary size exchange?
Yes — UAE customers receive one complimentary size exchange per order. Additional exchanges are subject to the applicable return shipping fee.

How do I find my size?
Use our Size Guide for detailed measurements across women’s and girls’ ranges. All measurements are body measurements — measure around the body without pulling the tape tightly.
What sizes do you carry?
Women’s styles run from XS to XL. Our Girls’ range covers ages 4–5 through 12–13. See the Size Guide for exact measurements.
Care & Contact
How should I wash my FITN pieces?
Machine wash cold with similar fabrics. Turn inside out before washing. Do not bleach or use fabric softener. Lay flat or hang to dry. Do not iron.
