What is your Exchange and Refund policy?

We do not offer a refund on any item(s) once purchased unless you receive a damaged item. In this case, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to request a refund.

You can request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order. The item(s) must be unworn and in original condition.

Where do you deliver?

We currently offer free delivery all over Lebanon. As for our customers abroad, we hear you! You will soon be able to benefit from international shipping.
